Deputies voted for law "About election of deputies" again. Remind that Leonid Kuchma send this law for revision for the second time. Deputies considered President's requirements including question about continuance of an election campaign. But, adopted by deputies decision about substitution of signatures collection by bail could be a new stumbling block. Among the initiators were Petro Poroshenko and Alexander Rzhavskiy. Today they were supported by Valeriy Asadchev. This step of deputies is very natural. Not to please the head of the state is rude and tactless.
To do harm to themselves is very unpleasant. Obviously that it is necessary to derive benefit from Kuchma's requirements. The benefit is clear. 2160 hours of pre-election Marathon race is not enough to pay attention to collection of signatures. It is possible to buy signatures, but they will cost more than bail and Central Election Committee can contest them. Some pretenders can use this bill as a PR-campaign. For example, communists may not will to pay Hrn.255.000 of bail and will organize collection of signatures fingering to SDPU(u) bereft of the pleasure to visit unlucky electors. At the same time Petro Simonenko will stress that he and his party has no such money and only bandits and oligarchs (that is the same) can pay.
Kuchma's comments will be later. President didn't wait for such deputies' gift. But veto won't follow. To bewilder deputies for the third time it is to much. President will be guided by human qualities.
Even permanent representative of President in the Supreme Council Roman Bessmertniy has no any doubt as for President's accordance. But it is very doubtful. He said about President's accordance previous time.
